Focused on small movements and isometric holds, expect big results exactly where you want them. Like chocolate + peanut butter and wine + cheese – some things just work well together! We think the same can be said about barre + cardio. That’s why we’ve added in cardio – to increase your heart rate and overall burn rate. What does that mean? Your workouts keep working FOR you, even when you’re not in class.
